Well this property certainly did not disappoint, I literally could not find a fault. Absolutely stunning house in an idyllic location.
I was expecting a beautiful house from the photos but its better when you are there. They really have covered everything. The rubbish weather we had didnt even spoil the weekend.
Super dog friendly place with a great 'dog room' to clean them up.
We will absolutely return again. Thank you for a great stay! X

One of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed, the location was fantastic for us, in the middle of nowhere but only a 20 minute drive to Hawick. We were very lucky to have the company of two swan’s and their cygnets, we will be booking again soon

This is one of our favourite holiday. Everything was just perfect if you're looking for a quiet and peaceful place away from the city noise. The summerhouse was clean and everything you need is provided in the house. From appliance instructions, maps and brochures cutleries and all. All beds were fresh comfy and made up nicely. In the living room was a stunning view of the lake and you could watch the swan all day long. We're lucky to have a nice weather so we're able to watch a perfect sunrise. Plenty of walks around the area. Thanks Katherine for such a great host and Geoff who's so nice and just a call away around the area.
Looking forward to go back xx
